"Easy cancelation and quick refund"
I had to cancel my order on BOOST because I accidentally picked the wrong plan lol. I was expecting it to be a whole annoying process, but it ended up being straightforward.
I reached out to support and they just told me what steps to follow. No arguing, no weird pressure to keep the plan, which I appreciated tbh. My refund got approved the same day.
The money showed back up on my card a few days later. Way smoother than I expected, ngl, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

"I switched my old number over..."
I switched my old number over to BOOST and it went smoother then I expected. After I put in my account info and PIN, it took maybe like 20 minutes. My phone restarted once and then calls and texts was working fine. I was kinda nervous about losing my number, but it all ended up good...

"Decent speed, BuT not always reliable"
Most days the data speed is decent, so I can’t really complain too much. But when I’m in busy areas, it slows down a Lot and gets kind of frustrating. Overall, the reliability is a bit hit or miss, not awful, just definitely could Be better.

"Pretty solid coverage overall"
I’d say BOOST has been good for me so far. It works fine at home, at work, and when I’m driving around town. I’ve noticed maybe one spot where the signal gets a little weak, but it hasn’t been a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the coverage.

"Billing is usually right, but I had to escalate to get answers"
I’ve been using boost.com for a while, and to be fair, my bill is usually about what I expect. The monthly charge is mostly accurate, so I don’t feel like I’m being constantly overcharged or anything like that.
The issue is that some of the extra fees or plan changes aren’t explained clearly, and I’ve had to go back through the bill more than once to figure out what changed. At one point I had to contact support and push a bit to get a clearer answer, which felt like more effort than it should have been. It’s not awful, but billing could definitely be more transparent. I’d give it 3 stars because it’s okay, just not as clear or easy as it should be.

I ended up switching to Boost because it was cheaper than what I had before. Picking a plan was straightforward, and it fits my budget without feeling like too much. So far, I haven’t noticed any random extra charges or anything like that, so I’m happy with it for now. It’s been good, at least from what I can tell with that

Not gonna lie, managing my account on boost.com was really easy. I could check my details, update things, and find what I needed without having to click around forever. Everything felt smooth, and I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Helpful, but I was still a bit annoyed"
I called support and, to be fair, the person I spoke with was nice and got my issue fixed quickly. I was relieved it didn’t drag on, but I still wish I hadn’t had to call in the first place. The whole thing left me a little frustrated, even though the actual support was fine.
"Decent for travel, but don’t expect perfection"
I used this on a trip and it was good overall. Roaming worked fine most of the time, and my international calls were usually clear enough. That said, I’d just warn others not to rely on it 100% if you absolutely need a flawless connection everywhere. It worked for me, but there were moments where it wasn’t perfect.

"Works well for the most part"
I mostly use the boost app instead of the website, but both are fine most of the time. Paying my bill is quick, and I can usually find my plan details without having to poke around forever. The app does get a little slow here and there, so that’s kind of annoying, but overall it’s easy enough to use.

I’ve been using BOOST for a while now, it’s been a good value. The plans are cheap, the service works fine for me, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying every month, which is nice.

I got my Boost SIM activated in just a few minutes. I don’t remember every single step, but I do remember it being straightforward and the service kicked in right away. No problems on my end.
